Password Manager
for Small Business

Stop sharing passwords over Slack, email or sticky notes. SealedKeys gives your small team a secure, audited vault for every credential — set up in minutes, no IT department needed.

In short

SealedKeys is a zero-knowledge password manager for small businesses, offering shared team vaults, role-based access and an audit log at £3.49/user/month with a free tier to start. Secrets are encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM and hosted in the EU.

Replace every insecure workaround

What small teams actually do with credentials — and what SealedKeys does instead.

Passwords in a shared spreadsheet or Notion page
Encrypted vault with typed secret fields — logins, API keys, SSH keys, notes
One shared password everyone knows
Individual accounts with team vaults — everyone gets their own login
No idea who has access to what
Role-based access control — read-only, member or admin per vault
No record of who accessed client credentials
Immutable audit log — every view, copy, edit and deletion logged
Painful offboarding — changing every password
Revoke access instantly — use the offboarding checklist to rotate what they had

Everything your small team needs

Enterprise-grade security without enterprise-grade complexity.

Zero-knowledge encryption

Secrets encrypted in your browser before they leave. We store only ciphertext — a breach of SealedKeys can't expose your credentials.

Team vaults

Separate vaults for different clients, projects or departments. Grant access to the right people, not everyone.

Every secret type

Website logins, API keys, SSH keys, TOTP seeds, recovery codes and secure notes — all in one place, all encrypted.

Full audit log

Know exactly who accessed what and when. Prove credential hygiene to clients without a conversation.

SAML 2.0 SSO

Sign in via Okta, Entra ID or Google Workspace. Deprovisioning in your IdP revokes SealedKeys access immediately.

EU data residency

Data stored in Germany on Hetzner infrastructure. No US transfers. Cyber Essentials certified.

Simple, honest pricing

No per-seat surprises. No enterprise sales calls. No lock-in.

How to get started in 5 minutes

No IT support needed. No card required. Just five steps.

1

Create a free account

Go to sealedkeys.com and register. No credit card, no IT setup — just your email and a master password. Done in under a minute.

2

Create your first organisation vault

Give your vault a name — "Client Credentials", "Dev Team" or whatever fits. You can add more vaults later and control who sees each one.

3

Add your first secret

Choose a type — Login, API Key, SSH Key or Note. Fill in the fields, hit Save. Your secret is encrypted in your browser before it reaches our servers.

4

Invite a teammate by email

Go to Settings → Members and send an invite. Your teammate gets an email, creates their own account, and lands straight in your shared vault.

5

Set their role

Choose Admin (full control), Member (read and write) or Read-only (view only). You can change roles or remove access at any time.

What small businesses ask us

Is SealedKeys suitable for a small team with no IT department?+

Yes. SealedKeys is designed to be set up in minutes without any IT expertise. Create an account, invite your team, and start adding secrets. The web interface is straightforward — you don't need to deploy anything or manage infrastructure.

How is SealedKeys different from just using a spreadsheet?+

A shared spreadsheet gives everyone access to everything, leaves no audit trail, can't be easily restricted when someone leaves, and is frequently emailed or downloaded insecurely. SealedKeys gives each team member their own login, encrypts every item, logs every access, and lets you revoke access instantly on offboarding.

Can different team members have different levels of access?+

Yes. SealedKeys has three roles: Admin (full access, manage members), Member (read and write secrets) and Read-only (can view but not edit). You can create multiple vaults and grant different access levels to each.

What happens when a staff member leaves?+

Remove them in Settings → Members — access is revoked immediately. SealedKeys also provides an offboarding checklist that lists every secret they had access to, so you can identify which credentials to rotate.

Does SealedKeys have a free plan?+

Yes. The Free plan includes 25 vault items, all secret types, password generator, audit log and 3 members per organisation. No credit card required. Pro at £3.49/user/month adds unlimited items, unlimited members and SAML SSO.

Can I use SealedKeys for client credentials?+

Yes. Create a separate vault per client to keep credentials isolated. Invite contractors or client contacts with read-only access where needed. When the engagement ends, revoke access with one click.

Is SealedKeys suitable for a business with no dedicated IT person?+

Absolutely. Most of our customers are small teams — developers, agencies, consultancies — without a dedicated IT function. Setup takes about five minutes. There's nothing to install or host. If you can use a web browser, you can use SealedKeys.

What happens to our data if we cancel?+

Your data is yours. Before you cancel, you can export everything as a plaintext JSON file or an encrypted backup — both downloaded directly to your device. Once your account is closed, your encrypted data is deleted from our Hetzner EU servers. We can't read it — and we won't keep it.

Can we use SealedKeys on mobile?+

SealedKeys is a web app that works in mobile browsers, so you can access your vault from any phone or tablet. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap. For now, adding SealedKeys to your home screen via your browser gives you a near-native experience.
